Meanwhile, I was squiggled into an awkward S-shape, clicking my camera while trying to relieve the stabbing pain in my side. And even though my smile was really more of a pained grimace, I didn’t miss a single beautiful moment.
Oh! Doesn’t every photographer introduce herself by sharing the time she photographed a wedding with literal kidney stones?
The radiant bride glided down the aisle toward her husband-to-be who waited in the teary-eyed wonder of every little girl's dreams. The guests were breathless, and I heard a faint sniffle from a nearby family member. Meanwhile, I was squiggled into an awkward S-shape, clicking my camera while trying to relieve the stabbing pain in my side. And even though my smile was really more of a pained grimace, I didn’t miss a single beautiful moment.
I’d do pretty much anything to serve incredible clients like you, because I know firsthand how freakin’ crazy wedding planning can be. Even in the best of situations, you’re bombarded with a million little decisions that only you can make. And in less ideal circumstances, say...when you’re planning your wedding with just $75 in your bank account (awkward hand raise), the stress just escalates from there!
My story of wedding planning on a *cough cough* budget might have clued you in that the journey to my dream job wasn’t exactly an uncomplicated one. After switching my college major five times (with brief stops in nursing, math, and graphic design), I realized my calling lay elsewhere. I left behind the idea that because I was "book smart" I had to do a traditional "smart person" job. What I really wanted was to give my life to making art and serving others. And from the moment I tried my hand at wedding photography for the first time, I knew I wanted to bring peace of mind and unbelievable service to every couple I worked with.
today you’ll catch me swapping milkshake recipes, Netflix recommendations, and love stories with some of the most incredible couples ALL across TEXAS and PENNSYLVANIA.
With a style that is uplifting, bold, and undeniably romantic, I turn one of life’s most magical milestones into the art that will decorate your home for decades. And I do it all with an easygoing atmosphere and collaborative experience that relieves a bunch of the pressure that comes with saying “I do.”
You and I both know we wouldn’t be the people we are today without the love and support of our families. My parents, husband, and little ones are a constant source of encouragement, comfort, and support. Photos of their smiling faces are some of my most treasured possessions.
There’s something so captivating to me about people who just freely feel whatever they feel! I think that’s what I love so much about weddings. Everyone is expressing all the love and joy they have for the couple, and for a sensitive little sap like me, it’s the best thing in the world!
Once upon a time, I thought I wanted to be an interior designer. So whether I’m daydreaming about my dream home or documenting the facets of a wedding day, I am always drawn to unique flourishes and delicate details.
Nothing brings me more joy than updates from former brides as they settle into married life. I love seeing their canvases beautifully displayed over fireplaces, heirloom albums passed around on holidays, and even photos of nurseries as families grow. I hope to build sincere friendships with all my clients that extend far beyond the wedding day.
